We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your subscription or in-app purchase within the specified timeframe, we offer a refund policy as outlined below.

Subscription Refunds

Trial Period Refunds: If you are not satisfied during your free trial period, you can cancel at any time with no charge. Simply go to your account settings and cancel before the trial ends.

Billing Cycle Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new Premium and Premium+ subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your first paid subscription, contact our support team for a full refund.

Prorated Refunds: If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle after the 30-day guarantee period, you are not entitled to a refund for the unused portion of your subscription.

In-App Purchase Refunds

Coins and Pearls: Virtual currency (coins and pearls) purchases are non-refundable once the transaction is complete and the virtual currency has been delivered to your account.

Chapter Unlocks: Once a chapter has been unlocked and accessed, it cannot be refunded. However, if you experience technical issues preventing access to purchased content, please contact our support team.

Accidental Purchases: If you made an accidental purchase, please contact our support team within 24 hours with details of the transaction, and we will review your request.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your account email, order/transaction ID, and reason for refund
  3. Provide any relevant details about why you are requesting a refund
  4. Our support team will review your request within 5-7 business days
  5. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. However, depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear in your account. Please note that some banks may take longer to process refunds.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Virtual currency (coins and pearls) that have been used or spent
  • Chapters accessed more than 30 days after purchase
  • Rewards earned or gifts received from other users
  • Purchases made in violation of our Terms of Service
  • Promotional or discounted purchases marked as final sale

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you file a chargeback or dispute through your payment provider without contacting our support team first, your account may be suspended or terminated. We encourage you to reach out to us directly so we can resolve any issues satisfactorily.
